Roofstock is looking for a Seller Account Executive to join our highly accomplished Inside Sales Team. This position will report to the Director of Retail Sales. In this role you will be working directly with owners of investment properties and close them on the benefits of selling their properties through our marketplace. We have a high volume of inbound seller leads; you will be taking them from the initial valuation of their property all the way through the listing, marketing, and sale of their property. You will be working with everyone from individuals that own one property to investment groups that own dozens of properties.
As our ideal candidate, you are a self-starter with experience in an account executive/closing role. You have strong communication skills and superior listening skills enabling you to understand what the client needs. You are innovative in your approach to solving problems and will use all available resources to create solutions to complex problems. You are a closer and does whatever it takes to succeed while creating a great experience for the customer. You have a growth mindset and are constantly looking to grow and improve yourself as a sales professional.
