Roofstock is looking for marketing wiz to run its customer acquisition and performance marketing group. As our ideal candidate, you will have a successful track record of developing and executing programs across multiple channels to gain brand awareness and acquire customers while delivering a high ROI. You are passionate about solving puzzles and use your creativity to find new ways to solve issues. You quickly understand new industries, and use data as well as direct experience to understand the customer. What you will do:
Develop the marketing strategy for all channels, including online (sem, seo, display, social, affiliate) and offline (partners, radio, tv, direct mail), to exceed company-set goals.
Hands-on develop, test and optimize all digital marketing activity.
Ensure fiscally sound execution of our customer acquisition budget.
Devise, develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns, managing agencies where necessary.
Use data to make sound recommendations to deliver the highest ROI.
Identify opportunities for further revenue growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize our acquisition funnels and integrate new acquisition tracking tools.
Oversee and evaluate existing marketing channels, developing and testing new channels to determine the most effective channel for customer acquisition.
Improve our existing performance marketing channels.
Work with the Director of Communications and others in the Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs.
Communicate acquisition results and priorities across the organization on a weekly basis.
What you bring with you:
A Bachelor’s Degree. MBA preferred.
10 years working in a customer acquisition/performance marketing role.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Significant experience building reporting systems, communicating and presenting marketing strategy and outcomes to various company stakeholders.
Exceptional understanding of the technologies used to run, track and optimize campaigns
High degree of expertise with web analytics tools and Excel.
Have a proven track record across multiple acquisition channels including affiliate, paid, organic, email and social media.
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Are comfortable running analysis on pay pack and attribution.
Have a track record of testing new strategies and campaigns.
Are organized and have superior project management skills.
