Roofstock is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with our sales and marketing teams, to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for our Salesforce implementation. As our ideal candidate, you have 4 or more years experience as a business analyst, with a significant amount of experience working with Salesforce. You are organized and have superior communication skills, both written and verbal. You are comfortable being the expert on an application, being responsible for guiding its use and training others on its use. Most of all you are excited about being part of a growing organization, creating a strong brand and being part of something great.
What you will do:
Work with sales and marketing teams to gather, analyze, prioritize, and refine business requirements.
Interface with product managers to assist in development of project strategy and design.
Create and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, permission sets, approval processes, user roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, workflows, and validation rules.
Perform data cleansing, data uploads and data exports.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
Work with sales and customer service to understand issues and minor enhancement requests as needed.
Develop user stories Epics to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
Participate in key meetings with teams including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
Participate in weekly client stand-up meetings, business process reviews and design/discovery workshops.
What you bring with you:
BS in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or equivalents.
3-4 year’s experience working as a Salesforce system admin or Salesforce Business Analyst.
Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
Solid understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and limitations.
Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
