Marketing Specialist sought by FlyHomes, Inc. in Bellevue, WA. This position is eligible for an employment referral bonus.Duties:- Conduct marketing analysis for Flyhomes, such as reviewing clients' data, making changes to optimize the activations procedure and improve customer experience.- Analyze data and get insights to make adjustments and improvements.- Generate data visualization by using Excel and Tableau.- Organize clients' data by using Python.- Work cross functionally with the marketing team, the brokerage team, and the engineering team to optimize the activation procedure and increase conversion rate.- Cooperate with the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns.- Contact potential leads, learn their needs and pass the ready clients to the brokerage team.- Engage with the leads and nurture inactive leads.Telecommuting is permitted.This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field, plus any amount of experience.Requires any amount of experience with:- CRM systems;- Social media communication: Communicated effectively through written and visual content across Facebook and Instagram.- Data analysis and Excel: Apply Microsoft Excel to analyze marketing performance, prepare reports, and identify engagement trends.- Marketing operations: Supported digital marketing initiatives, including campaign planning and execution, advertising strategy, and online engagement tactics.- Digital marketing trends and tools: Gained exposure to evolving digital marketing and CRM practices through project-based learning and practical application.Telecommuting is permitted.40 hours/week, $65,582.00 to $106,250.00 per year.
