Your duties below include, but are not limited to:
- Proven 3-5 years of recent, full-time experience
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with customers, managers and co-workers.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
- Keep your truck clean inside and out
- Keep your truck inventory up to date
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly complete paperwork
- Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment.
- Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer's home or business location
- EPA Universal Certification
- Proven proficiency with AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation skills is a must.
- Knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety
- Required to train and provide guidance to install Apprentices and HVAC Install Helpers through the HVAC installation process
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.
