Plumber Requirements
The responsibilities below include, but are not limited to:
  • Proven 2-3 years of recent, full-time experience
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis-Identifying the source of plumbing problems like leaks, clogs, low water pressure and malfunctioning fixtures through inspection and diagnostic tools.
  • Repair and Maintenance-Fixing leaks, replacing worn-out parts, repairing or replacing pipes, unclogging drains, and performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
  • Pipefitting-Cutting, threading, bending, and assembling pipes and fittings to install new plumbing systems
  • Customer Interaction-Communicating with clients to understand their plumbing issues, providing cost estimates for repairs, and explaining the repair process.
  • Code compliance-Ensuring all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Documentation-Maintaining accurate records of service calls, parts used, and time spent on each job
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Great ability to win the customers business
  • Great attitude and customer service skills
  • Will to grow with a winning team
