- The job duties below include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on heating and
- Inspect and troubleshoot components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, fans, filters and ductwork
- Install new HVAC systems and components as needed
- Provide accurate assessments and recommend necessary repairs or
- Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices
- Complete all required documentation, service tickets, and reports accurately
- Maintain tools, company vehicle, and equipment in proper working condition
- Follow safety procedures and comply with all company, local, and state codes
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Salary and Benefits
- $75K-$150K or more (hourly, plus commission)
- Full time with overtime as necessary
