Vida is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence and Healthcare Analytics team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams- including Client Success, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Product and Revenue Operations to translate member behavior into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, engagement metrics and clinical outcomes across the member lifecycle.
- Support client reporting, including dashboards, presentations and custom analyses that drive strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain cohort behavior tracking, funnel analyses and member segmentation frameworks to monitor member behavior and success metrics.
- Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards that enable the Client Success team to track client and member outcomes through self-service analytics.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations and ad hoc analyses.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and insights that empower teams to make data-driven decisions on spend, product roadmap and member experience optimization.
- Support analysis for product experiments and member journey optimization initiatives.
- Analyze product utilization patterns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics or marketing analytics roles.
- Strong SQL proficiency - ability to write clean, efficient queries for complex member behavior analysis.
- Looker expertise - hands-on experience building dashboards, explores and LookML models.
- Marketing & product analytics experience - deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, member lifecycle analytics and product engagement metrics.
- Product analytics fundamentals including event tracking, feature adoption analysis, user segmentation and retention modeling.
- Experience analyzing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, paid media platforms) and member engagement tools.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present member insights and marketing performance to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with product managers, marketing teams and technical teams to define metrics and tracking strategies.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with GCP services and BigQuery for large-scale member data analysis.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
- Experience with GitHub and version control for analytics code.
- Experience with data transformation tools (DBT preferred).
- Experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, or similar).
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Datadog, or similar).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) as they relate to marketing and member data.
- Experience building external-client facing decks with clear visuals and summary statistics.
