WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create analysis to track company-wide trends, identify opportunities, and clearly communicate recommendations
• Collaborate cross functionally to build dashboards and measure key business metrics (such as CAC payback by channel, cohort retention, etc.)
• Work with the executive team on strategic initiatives 
• Assist with annual operating plan and rolling financial forecasts 
• Assist with building board materials, investor pitches, and other external-facing presentations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting or any other analytically intensive roles (startup experience is a plus)
• Highly analytical and strength in deriving insights from data
• Strong knowledge of excel modeling and SQL
• Good at building cross-functional relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our team
• Startup hustle and energy
• B.A. or B.S. strongly preferred
