About OfferFit

The personalization engine that makes A/B testing obsolete.

Job Description

Note for Applicants:

The requirements listed in the below description are simply guidelines, and you do not need to satisfy every requirement or meet every qualification listed.  We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience is transferable to what our company is looking for.  Applying gives you the opportunity to be considered and we look forward to reviewing your application!

OfferFit was founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, and we’re funded by leading Silicon Valley VCs. OfferFit replaces A/B testing with automated experimentation, powered by self-learning AI. This allows lifecycle marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before. Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home (leading home security company) and Engie (multinational electric utility), among many others.

Working directly with the CFO, the Operations Associate will provide critical support across business operations/admin needs, as well as Finance and HR functions for OfferFit, to ensure the company runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

In particular, you will:

  • Assist in management of our company’s operating model (e.g. driving company-wide people-management projects like performance reviews, employee survey and weekly tasks like owning our org chart, managing customer/vendor contracts processes & documentation, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to improve company processes and create recommendations to implement them (e.g. establishing trackers and recurring action items to ensure we don’t miss critical tasks, finding new ways to foster team engagement as team continues to grow rapidly)
  • Research, analyze, recommend and implement best software and vendor solutions for company operations, especially relating to people management needs
  • Draft and prepare team communications on behalf of the executive team (e.g., e-mails, memos, company-wide announcements, etc.)

Why is it great?

  • Have a strong impact on how the company is run - in this role, you will build core business knowledge and program management skills via direct exposure to executive leadership and leading/participating in high-impact, cross-functional projects
  • Learn from an Amazon/Harvard Business School/McKinsey alumni - gain first-hand experience working directly with the CFO to develop your professional skills
  • Set your own flexibility - we will do our best to accommodate your preferred work schedule and promise to be as openly communicative as possible
  • Never be bored - there’s no shortage of things you can be a part of, including working on company-shaping policies and resources. You will have the option to learn about all aspects of OfferFit, even the nitty-gritty of our product offerings!
  • Be part of an industry-disrupting company in an exciting field - we are pioneering usage of self-learning AI in marketing technology, a $120B industry that is continually growing
  • Join OfferFit’s fast-paced, supportive, and professional team. We work hard to ensure all our team members have a great experience and feel empowered

Who’s a fit?

  • Growth mindset - you are coachable and willing to learn and take feedback. We will provide the training and guidance you need to succeed in this role
  • Attuned helper - you understand the organization’s priorities, have great attention to detail, and can help others make the best possible use of their time
  • Organized problem-solver - you bring logical, structured answers to ambiguous questions and make reasonable assumptions. You raise potential concerns and bring recommendations for discussion. You use tools like Excel to drive analytical problem-solving
  • Efficiency expert - you are a master of time management and make every minute count. You are able to self-prioritize and have a strong bias for action. You are proficient in the use of Excel and Google suite of products.
  • Clear communicator - you are able to express yourself clearly and professionally, you know when to ask for help
  • People person - you can build trusting relationships with cross-functional teams while getting things done, but also know when discretion is needed

OfferFit Benefits and Perks:

  • Generous PTO policy (starting at 25 days PTO per year)
  • 100% remote work environment with flexible hours
  • Quarterly gatherings where we meet in person in a different city to work together, bond as a team and celebrate our progress
  • Weekly team events (lunch and learns, trivia, virtual escape rooms, town hall and team health “barometer” meetings)
  • Ability to learn and develop from an experienced leadership team (ex-Amazon, McKinsey, BCG, and IBM, among others) who are focused on building a talented, diverse, and inclusive team
  • Dedication to building a strong culture (e.g., employee resource groups, weekly employee recognitions, major life event celebrations, mental health/sustainability days off, etc.)
