Job Description

You will generate leads for potential customers at Paso Robles Heating and Air, while speaking to Costco customers that are interested in HVAC Services to schedule an appointment with our Comfort Advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively interacting and engaging customers in conversation and setting appointments for the purchase of new air conditioning/heating equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively interact and engage customers in conversation
  • Set appointments for the purchase of new air conditioning/heating equipment and/or water heaters
  • Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for Company products and services
  • Travel to retail outlet and performs independently
  • Accurately and timely processes lead sheets and all other appropriate paperwork as required
  • Communicates with supervisor daily regarding leads generated
  • Attends all training programs as required
  • Maintains table/booth with information regarding Company products and services
  • Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties
 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Highly motivated and outcome oriented
  • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience in setting appointments or sales of some type is a plus, but not required
  • Good hygiene and professional appearance
  • Be able to stand for at least four hours at a time
  • Be able to pass a drug test and background check
