About Pipedreams

PipeDreams buys businesses with amazing teams and uses technology to grow them into industry leading organizations.

Job Description

PipeDreams is building the next generation, technology powered home services provider. As we acquire and consolidate trusted home services businesses and brands, including HVAC and plumbing, we use technology to transform their operations to enable outsized growth and create industry leading teams.

Our goal is to revolutionize home services, and we’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth for PipeDreams’ portfolio of home services brands. The Head of Marketing will report directly to our CEO and Co-Founder and have an opportunity to make an outsized impact in modernizing an $830B market.

The PipeDreams team comes from companies like Nextdoor, Bain & Company, Roto-Rooter, Yelp!, and ServiceTitan. We have a deep understanding of small business dynamics and unique insights into local marketing, technology, and processes needed to disrupt home services – a highly fragmented, $830B industry needing modernization. The company is well capitalized with funding from top VCs and Angel Investors.
