We’re looking for licensed veterinarians to join our growing telehealth network. If you’re passionate about supporting pet parents and can commit 4+ hours per week, this part-time, fully remote role could be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll provide peace of mind and expert guidance to pet parents through scheduled telemedicine visits, all from the comfort of your home.
What you’ll be doing:
Would you like to earn extra income from home in your spare time? Airvet, Inc. is looking for veterinarians to answer telemedicine video calls regarding pet health problems.
Airvet is one of the largest veterinary telehealth companies in North America, and we have helped over 300,000 pets connect with thousands of veterinarians. Calls are primarily regarding cats and dogs, but if you're comfortable with other species, please let us know!
Hours are flexible, and work from home, Compensation $30 per case
You will:

Monitor our portal, conduct scheduled visits, field teletriage requests, and respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism

Conduct video visits about canine and feline health problems

Complete follow-ups, including case documentation and administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with Airvet’s best practices, service-level agreements (SLAs), and visit guidelines -
Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and address operational challenges

Taking on additional duties as needed to support the Care Team
What would make you a strong fit for the role?

2+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian
-
DVM or equivalent degree
-
US state license (preferred licensure in AL, AZ, CA, FL, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MO, MS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, VT, and/or VA)

A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Smartphone and desktop computer or laptop necessary

Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow training and protocol

Comfortable using desktop and mobile apps; highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment

Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
