Be the backbone of our partner operations. You’ll keep meetings sharp, data clean, and our teams moving fast — all from a fully remote setup!

About Float

Float Health is building the marketplace for specialty pharmacy. Our mission is to make healthcare safer, easier, and more efficient by moving all care that doesn't need a hospital to the home.

Float connects nurses with patients so they can get treatments for their chronic conditions in the home rather than going into the overcrowded hospital. The model is unique in that all stakeholders benefit - patients get more convenient care, nurses get access to flexible work for better pay on their days off, pharmacies fill more prescriptions, impacted hospitals reduce admission for loss-leading low reimbursement patients, and payors enjoy 12x reduced costs when care is delivered at home.

Our patients are largely chronic, requiring regular treatments to sustain their quality of life. Nurses are burnt out with hectic hospital shifts and love that our platform allows them the flexibility and autonomy to create their own schedules. Providers want reliability, quality, and minimal effort to find nurses for their prescriptions.

Float is a fast-growing startup. We've successfully facilitated over 70,000 patient visits and are now scaling our platform, team, and operations to serve more geographies and patients.

The Role

Float Health is looking for a Partner Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month contract! This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with our Partner Success team and Business Development team.

As the operational backbone of our revenue teams, you will enable our Partner Success and Business Development teams to focus on strategic relationship building and growth initiatives by owning the administrative and coordination work that keeps our partnerships running smoothly. You'll be the orchestrator behind Partnership Experience Meetings, partner data quality, and the systems that track our partner relationships.

Success in this role means:

  • Partnership Experience Meetings run like clockwork - they are scheduled, decks + preread notes are prepared, and follow-ups are managed seamlessly
  • Our CRM is always current with accurate partner contacts, notes, and relationship details
  • Our Partner Success and Business Development teams have more time for strategic work because operational details are handled
  • We have clear visibility into partner health and performance metrics
  • Processes and templates are documented and improved over time

Schedule

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote role. Float operates on PST, and the work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm PST. It’s a 3-month contract with the potential to extend, depending on business needs.

Cultural Fit

You are a strong culture fit for this role if you thrive on bringing structure and take pride in the behind-the-scenes work that makes teams successful. You're detail-oriented and you find satisfaction in creating smooth processes that help others do their best work.

You're proactive and anticipate needs before being asked. When you see a gap or inefficiency, you flag it and suggest solutions. You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities, staying organized even when things get busy, and you know how to communicate clearly with both internal teammates and external partners.

You bring a startup mentality, you're scrappy and comfortable with evolving responsibilities. You're equally comfortable drafting a professional partner email, prepping decks with a detail oriented eye, diving into a CRM to clean up data, and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work.
