The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Savvy at a high-growth inflection point and play a hands-on role in scaling both our Go-To-Market and Technical organizations. As an Associate Recruiter, you will fully own recruiting for Savvy’s evergreen roles while also serving as a core sourcing and execution partner to our Lead GTM Recruiter and Lead Technical Recruiter on higher-impact, senior searches.
This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is excited by owning searches end-to-end, running high-impact sourcing motions, and operating at startup speed. You’ll drive your own reqs while building strong pipelines for the most business-critical GTM and Technical hires at the company.
You will receive direct 1:1 mentorship from seasoned Recruiters who are deeply invested in your growth and development. You’ll get hands-on coaching across sourcing strategy, hiring manager partnership, closing, compensation, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Ownership (Evergreen Roles)
Own full-cycle recruiting for Savvy’s evergreen roles from intake through offer.
Partner directly with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
Run screens, manage interview coordination, deliver feedback, and support closing.
Maintain strong candidate experience and real-time ATS hygiene throughout the process.
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Support (GTM & EPD Roles)
Act as a dedicated sourcing partner to the Lead GTM Recruiter and Lead Technical Recruiter on senior, high-impact searches.
Build and manage high-quality outbound pipelines for technical and GTM leadership roles.
Execute creative outbound strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms like Juicebox or Pin.
Conduct initial screens to assess baseline functional, technical, and motivational alignment.
Execution & Operations
Track and report on sourcing and pipeline KPIs (response rates, pass-through rates, time to slate).
Maintain clean, structured ATS workflows and candidate data.
Deliver a great candidate experience through fast, thoughtful communication.
Contribute to recruiting projects across tooling, employer branding, referrals, and process improvement as needed.
Must Have
2+ years of recruiting experience in agency or venture-backed startup environments.
Experience owning full-cycle recruiting for at least some roles.
Strong sourcing foundation with comfort driving consistent outbound volume.
Exposure to GTM or technical recruiting (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, Product, or Data).
Excellent written communication and outreach personalization skills.
Highly organized with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow quickly as a recruiter.
Nice to Have
Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar sourcing tools.
Prior recruiting experience in high-growth startups.
Exposure to structured interview loops, take-home assignments, or scorecards.
