About Savvy Wealth:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry in the US, yet remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors don’t offer digital communication beyond email, and 62% still build financial plans manually in Excel. This leads to a poor client experience and results in financial advisors spending over 70% of their time on non-client facing, manual work.

Savvy is changing that. We’re building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management: a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients.

We’ve raised over $105M to date from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Mark Casady (former LPL Financial CEO), and other top-tier investors. Our team is made up of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, $200B+ RIAs, and more.

Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit in providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve surpassed $5.1 billion in AUM in less than three years, grown 600%+ in the last 18 months, and are entering the next phase of the company which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and continued revenue growth. Come help us scale!

The Role:

The General Manager of Savvy’s Investment Platform will own end-to-end responsibility for driving investment product adoption and revenue growth across Savvy's customer base. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the COO, requiring someone who can operate with extreme ownership & urgency, leverage AI-powered experimentation across the full funnel, and drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority. You'll partner closely with the Investment Team, who develop Savvy’s investment offerings, and work across Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to figure out what drives adoption and execute relentlessly against company goals. The ideal candidate thrives in high-ambiguity environments, moves fast, experiments relentlessly, and has a proven track record of owning and moving key business metrics.

Responsibilities:

Metric Ownership

  • Own the adoption of Savvy’s investment management products

  • Drive adoption across both new and existing customers

  • Deploy AI-assisted experimentation rapidly across all parts of the funnel

  • Build and maintain a clear model of the business: understand unit economics, conversion rates, and bottlenecks using data analytics and AI-driven insights

  • Optimize unit economics and profitability of the investment management product line

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Get buy-in and drive execution across Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams

  • Partner with the Investment Team to translate investment offerings into compelling go-to-market strategies

  • Work with Product and Engineering to prioritize roadmap decisions that unlock growth and automation opportunities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build enablement materials, refine messaging, and improve conversion

Experimentation & Iteration

  • Test, learn, and iterate quickly. Run experiments across positioning, pricing, onboarding, enablement, and sales motions leveraging AI to accelerate testing cycles and surface insights faster

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from advisors, sales teams, and operations to inform strategy

  • Make data-driven decisions on where to double down and where to cut losses

  • Build repeatable playbooks and agentic workflows that scale without linear headcount growth

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Translate ambiguous mandates into concrete execution plans with clear milestones

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and learnings to leadership with clarity

  • Identify and eliminate blockers through automation, AI tooling, or process redesign

  • Scale what works without breaking it

Must Have:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management, general management, or strategy & operations roles with demonstrated P&L or metric ownership

  • Proven track record of taking a product or business line from 0 → 1 or accelerating growth of a high-potential business

  • Experience driving outcomes in cross-functional environments where you didn't have formal authority over all required teams

  • Strong commercial instincts, you understand what drives sales, adoption, and customer behavior

  • Comfortable with data and analytics; you use numbers to diagnose problems and measure progress

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to 10x productivity and build agentic workflows that operate autonomously

  • High ownership, urgency, and accountability, you don't wait for perfect information or explicit permission

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or B2B SaaS

  • Background in consulting (e.g., MBB) transitioning into product or operations roles

  • Experience working in high-growth startups or building businesses within larger organizations

  • Familiarity with investment products, wealth management go-to-market motions, or managed portfolios

  • Experience building AI-native workflows, prompt engineering, or deploying AI agents in a business context

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays

  • Access to holistic medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Company 401(k), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans

  • NYC office in the heart of Manhattan

  • Lunch and snacks provided in the office

  • Access to virtual mental health care (Spring Health), vision related benefits (XP Health), and health concierge (Rightway) to help you find the right care

  • Access to counseling for stress management, dependent care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues (Guardian WorkLifeMatters EAP)

Compensation Range: $175K - $250K
