About Savvy Wealth:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry in the US, yet remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors don’t offer digital communication beyond email, and 62% still build financial plans manually in Excel. This leads to a poor client experience and results in financial advisors spending over 70% of their time on non-client facing, manual work.

Savvy is changing that. We’re building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management: a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients.

We’ve raised over $105M to date from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Mark Casady (former LPL Financial CEO), and other top-tier investors. Our team is made up of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, $200B+ RIAs, and more.

Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit in providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve surpassed $5.1 billion in AUM in less than three years, grown 600%+ in the last 18 months, and are entering the next phase of the company which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and continued revenue growth. Come help us scale!

The Role:

Savvy is growing quickly and we’re looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to help keep our hiring engine running smoothly as we scale. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of recruiting operations owning interview coordination, ATS management, scheduling logistics, reporting, and process improvement across GTM & EPD. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to help us hire efficiently while delivering a great candidate experience.

We’re especially excited about someone who loves building and wants to be a systems expert in recruiting ops. A big part of this role is helping us build smarter, more scalable workflows, improve recruiting operations, and find opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and AI-enabled tooling.

You’ll be joining a highly collaborative recruiting team with experienced operators who care deeply about mentorship and development. We take growth seriously at Savvy and this is a role where someone can learn quickly, take on increasing ownership, and build a strong long-term foundation in recruiting operations and talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple teams and functions

  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the interview process

  • Manage onsite interview logistics and create a seamless in-office candidate experience

  • Serve as a primary administrator for our ATS (Ashby), including pipeline setup, workflows, scorecards, templates, and reporting

  • Maintain recruiting data hygiene and ensure systems are accurate, organized, and scalable

  • Build and improve recruiting workflows, SOPs, documentation, and operational processes

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the hiring process and proactively implement improvements

  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve recruiting operations and reduce manual work

  • Maintain recruiting dashboards and track key hiring metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep hiring processes moving efficiently

  • Help manage recruiting tools and vendor relationships including LinkedIn Recruiter, background check vendors, scheduling tools, and other recruiting platforms

  • Troubleshoot operational and systems issues as they arise and act as a reliable point of contact for recruiting operations support

Must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent operations, or a similar operational role

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment

  • Deep expertise ideally in Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever

  • Experience managing complex scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and operating with a high level of ownership

  • Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting tools such as Google Sheets or Excel

  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and operational efficiency

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup or scaling tech company.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and outbound candidate outreach.

  • Experience building dashboards or reports in Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools.

  • Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays

  • Access to holistic medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Company 401(k), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans

  • NYC office in the heart of Manhattan

  • Lunch and snacks provided in the office

  • Access to virtual mental health care (Spring Health), vision related benefits (XP Health), and health concierge (Rightway) to help you find the right care

  • Access to counseling for stress management, dependent care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues (Guardian WorkLifeMatters EAP)

Compensation Range: $95.5K - $115.5K
